Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 11:00. From 11:00 onwards and on Sundays and public holidays guests require a code which is available upon request via the telephone. Guests can call Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug free of charge from the bollard by the property.

The Garage is 350m from our hotel the address is Glockengasse 4a. I cant guarantee but our guests always found a space. You will get a discounted Ticket at the reception. Greetings

What is the difference between a Standard Double Room (which lists in the description it's 248 sq. ft., plus air conditioning), and a Standard Double Room With Air Conditioning? (also 248 sq. ft.) The first one costs less...but we really want to be sure
To whom it may concern, we have standard double rooms with AC and without AC. The difference is "only" the AC, everything else is the same in the room. Sorry i just saw i have to modify the description - with AC = Standard double room with AC".

Hi how facade you from the train station ( I’m coming from Milan) and the bus station ( for the bus to Bad Ischl)?
In case you want to go to Bad Ischl you catch the bus 150 from the train station direction Bad Ischl. From the train station to the hotel is around 2 kilometres.
Hello, Does Family Apartment have 2 full bathrooms (2 toilets and 2 showers)? Also are all the rooms listed in the same building? We might need 2 rooms and we don't want to be in a separate buildings or too far away. Thank you!

Do you have a special dinner on Christmas Eve 24th December if so what is the cost also what is on the menu for that night.
This year the restaurant is closed on December 24th, 25th and 26th.
Check in time
Check in is at 2 pm. In case your room is already done you can move in earlier for sure. In case it is not done you can leave the luggage at the reception and come back later on. From 2 pm onwards the room is definitely ready.
